The Loyd Lindsay Rooms offer exceptional flexibility for corporate users.  Our conference and meeting room facilities are available to hire by the hour or by the day.  The main hall can accomodate up to 100 delegates with a maximum capacity of 150 across the whole premises.

The Rooms are equipped with presentation equipment, free WiFi, sound system and hearing loop, ample free on-site parking, licensed staffed bar and excellent on-site catering.

All-Inclusive Packages

Our all-inclusive half or day delegate packages represent excellent value for money and include:

  • Projector & screen (included free of change for bookings of more than 20 delegates)

Room Only & Equipment Hire

Individual rooms and equipment may be hired separately, either by the hour or for the day.  All meeting room hire includes as standard:

  • Free WiFi
  • Flipchart & pens
  • Projector screen

Additional equipment such as LCD Projectors, TV, Video and DVD can be hired by arrangement.
