The Loyd Lindsay Rooms are a perfect venue for a reception. A beautiful rural location with convenient access by road and a large on site private car park.

The entire building and facilities can be made available for your exclusive use.

Please note that smoking is not permitted on the premises

Kitchen and Bar Facilities:		 Concourse
The kitchen area is equipped with a cooker, hot water boiler and fridge. No other equipment, utensils or cutlery are provided.

A list of recommended caterers is available on request.

A bar area is also available.

Licensing:
A license is required if you intend to sell alcoholic drinks at ANYTIME during the reception or intend to serve free alcoholic drinks after 1800hrs this will be arranged through the designated premises supervisor. No license is required if you intend to provide ALL alcoholic drinks FREE prior to 1800hrs.

Music:
The hirer can arrange for live or recorded music but must ensure that it cannot be heard outside of the building after 2230hrs.		 Dining room

Room Hire Charges:
Daytime hire: 0800hrs. to 1800hrs. £284
Evening hire: 1800hrs. to 0000hrs. £284
Full day hire: * 0800hrs. to 0000hrs. £568
* Access available from 1800hrs. Friday evening

Payment:
A non refundable deposit of 25% of the total hire charge and a £250 damage security fee are payable at the time of booking. 75% of the total hire charge is payable 3 weeks prior to the date of the reception.
